Nasty Cut Records is a DIY record label based in Copenhagen, DK

Nasty Cut Records was founded in Athens, GR back in 2018 with one goal: to bring the DIY punk community together, make good friends along the way, and to put out cool music of course!

Since then, the label has moved countries, expanded in size, and now operates mainly in the punk and emo sphere, by putting out records, making its own cassettes, booking shows and even having its own yearly festival. What’s next? No one knows; but for sure it will be fun!

About Nasty Cut Fest

Nasty Cut Fest is Denmark’s (self-proclaimed) most hygge festival! It usually happens during the last weekend of May and it’s a celebration of the DIY ethos, friendly vibes, and punk community spirit.

With the festival we aim to create a nice and cozy atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and can have a good time whether they are crowd-surfing and shouting their hearts out, or just chilling between sets.

This should go without saying, but we do not accept any form of discrimination, harassment, physical or verbal violence, or exclusion during the festival or any of our events (and in general of course). This includes transphobia, bullying, sexual misconduct, body-shaming, queerphobia, sexism, racism, ableism, intimidation, and more. The feeling of safety and well-being is a top priority during the festival and there’s no issue too small.
